Lawyer Michelle Yvonne Linka LL.B.
Michelle attended the York University Fine Arts Music Program prior to obtaining her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. Since then, Michelle has primarily practiced personal injury litigation, and is devoted to obtaining outstanding results for her clients.
Michelle has always had an interest in fighting for the disadvantaged as well as exploring alternative dispute resolution. While in law school, Michelle was a member of the Innocence Project, volunteer for the Community Legal Aid Services Program and volunteer mediator for Conflict Mediation Services of Downsview.
As a devoted and loving mother, Michelle understands how devastating an accident can be for the entire family. She makes it her priority to help her clients get back to as close to a normal life as possible and receive all of the benefits available to help the injured person and their family to get through the recovery process.

Paralegal Natasha Russell
Natasha graduated from Humber College in 2007 with a Law Clerk Diploma. In 2011 she graduated from Herzing College and successfully obtained her Paralegal Licence in 2012 after writing the Law Society of Upper Canada entrance exam.
Natasha has been involved in personal injury litigation since 2007, focusing on accident benefits claims and claims for short and long term disability. During her career, she has been responsible for commencing administrative proceedings involving Mediations, Pre-Hearings and Hearings with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. She has also appeared before the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Canadian Pension Plan Disability Review Tribunal.
Natasha has experience in managing her own files and has successfully negotiated settlements for her clients. She understands what a family goes through after being involved in an accident and has a vested interest for her client’s wellbeing.
In her spare time she likes to travel, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Jennifer Lee
Jennifer is from Vancouver BC and studied criminology at Simon Fraser University. She has a passion for criminal law and personal injury law.
Jennifer aims to become a lawyer in the hopes of using her skills to help many individuals who are struggling with their issues and in need of an advocate.
Jennifer brings with her the experience she gained working in many different legal environments including corporate and real estate. Moreover, she worked in banking for many years where she nurtured a dedication to building and maintaining client relationships.
In her spare time she likes to play with her dog, read books, and exercise.
