Case Study – Jia Qing Ren: Fighting For Your Rights
If your insurance company is not treating you fairly, and unreasonably withholding benefits, Michelle Linka is prepared to fight for your rights. Mr. Ren was involved in a motor vehicle accident on August 9, 2012. His insurance company, Jevco, refused to pay certain benefits, and ultimately denied that Mr. Ren was involved in a motor vehicle accident at all. Michelle Linka represented Mr. Ren at his hearing before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario to determine the issue of whether or not what occurred on August 9, 2012 in fact met the definition of an accident in the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule.
